Absence Reporting
The Frontline System is a web based system used for tracking absences and requesting substitutes.
Access Frontline via internet or phone:
Internet: Log on to Frontline or click the links on the district home page or gateway pages. Here, you will be able to enter absences, check your absence schedule, update personal information, and utilize other features such as uploading your lesson plans for substitutes to view online.
Phone: You can also call Frontline toll free at 1-800-942-3767. Simply follow the voice menu to enter and manage absences and access other features. We recommend that you call in to check the computer recording of your name and title. To do this, press Option 5 and follow the prompts.

Employees Returning to Work with Restrictions
If you are returning to work after an illness, injury, or medical procedure and your doctor has indicated that you have work restrictions, functional limitations, you must schedule an appointment with a Human Resources Administrator to participate in an Interactive Process (IP) Meeting. An IP Meeting is a discussion with your employer regarding whether or not your current work restrictions from your healthcare provider are going to require any reasonable accommodations. To request and schedule an Interactive Process Meeting contact Tammy Cagle at [email protected] or (707) 453-6105 and complete the following Reasonable Accommodation Request Form, English or Español.
Workplace Injuries and Worker's Compensation Claims
Employees are responsible for immediately reporting to their supervisor when they are injured while working.
- For emergencies, please call 911 for immediate treatment, then call Company Nurse following the emergency treatment
- For non-emergencies, the employee/supervisor calls Company Nurse at 1-877-778-2576 before the employee leaves the premises
- Company Nurse will determine the following:
- 1) First Aid Advice Only or
- 2) Medical Referral
