Submission Guidelines

Posting to the Community Bulletin Board

Websites and flyers from non-profit groups providing services, programs, and activities that benefit VUSD students and families will be considered for approval. The Community Bulletin Board is updated twice per month; submissions are recommended at least 45 days in advance.

VUSD prefers a URL from community organizations rather than digital flyers. The organization's webpage should include event or program details and dates. VUSD will create a link on the Community Bulletin Board to the organization's designated page.

VUSD does not post flyers for colleges or online schools based outside of Solano County.

Submit URLs or flyers to the Public Information Office for approval at [email protected]. All submissions must meet current ADA/WCAG 2.0 compliance standards. Flyers must be submitted in ADA-accessible PDF format.
