Submission Guidelines

Posting to the Community Bulletin Board

Websites and flyers from non-profit groups that provide services, programs, and activities which benefit VUSD students and families will be considered for approval. The Community Bulletin Board is updated twice per month. Submitting events at least 45 days in advance is recommended. VUSD does not post flyers for colleges or online schools based outside of Solano County.

VUSD prefers a URL (website address) from community organizations rather than digital flyers. Any organization's webpage should include event or program details and dates. VUSD will create a link on the Community Bulletin Board page to the community organization's designated page.

URLs or flyers must be submitted to the Public Information Office for approval and posting at [email protected].

Please submit all flyers in ADA Accessible PDF format.
