The UC|CSU Collaborative for Neuroscience, Diversity, & Learning
California Senate Bill 939 (SB 939) is a state mandate requiring school districts to ensure that resources related to neurodiversity are readily accessible on their websites. Developed by the University of California and California State University Collaborative for Neurodiversity and Learning, these state-developed materials are designed to support understanding, inclusion, and bullying prevention for neurodiverse students from Transitional Kindergarten through Grade 12 (TK–12).
For additional information, please visit the Statewide Resources for Bullying Prevention and Response for TK-12 Neurodiverse Students (SB 939) page.
