Vacaville Unified Expands After-School Learning Through New Partnership with Think Together

(Vacaville, CA) This year, the Vacaville Unified School District (VUSD) has launched a new partnership with Think Together, a Southern California-based nonprofit (

Recently, VUSD Superintendent Ed Santopadre, Assistant Superintendent of Student Services and Supports Ramiro Barron, and VUSD Intervention Coordinator Aaron Toliver visited the Think Together programs at Hemlock Elementary and Padan Elementary. They were joined by Randy Barth, CEO and Founder of Think Together, and other organization leaders to see the programs in action.
During the tour, district and Think Together leaders observed classrooms, engaged with students, site staff, and heard firsthand what young learners enjoy most about the after-school experience. From hands-on activities to academic support, students shared how the program helps them learn, grow, and have fun beyond the school day.
