This complaint procedure applies to specific complaints regarding instructional materials, emergency or urgent facility conditions that pose a threat to the health and safety of pupils or staff, and teacher vacancies or misassignments.

Uniform Complaint Procedures Regarding Compliance With State And Federal Programs

 

This complaint procedure governs the following:

  1. Complaints of discrimination on the basis of age, sexual orientation, gender, sex, ethnic group identification, ancestry, race, national origin, religion, color, or mental or physical disability
  2. Complaints of violations of the laws and regulations governing specific programs.
