Supplemental Tutoring

What are Supplemental Education Services?

SES is tutoring or other supplemental academic services in reading, language arts, and/or mathematics. This additional assistance may be provided before school, after school or on the weekends. A fixed dollar amount per eligible student per year is determined by the state and services are terminated at the end of the academic school year or when the per pupil amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The school district pays the provider directly after services have been received.
