Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is dedicated to providing personnel services essential to support the mission, objectives, and programs of the Vacaville Unified School District. The department strives to understand and be sensitive to the welfare, needs, and aspirations of the hundreds of individuals who comprise the work force of our district. In all of our activities we are guided by the desire to enhance the educational goals and objectives established for the students served by the Vacaville Unified School District. To guarantee equity for everyone, we actively promote consistent adherence to established policies, procedures, and practices, which have been developed through Governing Board action, legal decisions, and negotiated agreements.

Quality educators are the single greatest factor in improving teaching and learning in our classrooms, and strong leaders are the foundation for all high-performing schools, therefore Vacaville Unified's Human Resources Department is committed to recruiting and developing high quality teachers, support staff and administrators.
