Submission Guidelines

Flyers must be submitted to the Superintendent’s office for approval by emailing an electronic copy of the flyer to donnas@vacavilleusd.org.  Please specify grade levels and/or sites desired and publish date when submitting flyers.  Flyers from nonprofit groups that provide services, programs, and activities which benefit VUSD students will be considered for approval. Once a flyer has been approved, it will be posted to the Community Bulletin Board on the district and school websites for 30 calendar days or until the day following the event. 

All flyers must include the following disclaimer:  "THIS INFORMATION IS DISTRIBUTED AS A COMMUNITY SERVICE.  THE VACAVILLE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IS NEITHER A LEGAL SPONSOR NOR ENDORSER OF THIS ACTIVITY".
Community Bulletin Board

VUSD's Community Bulletin Board is a community service for Vacaville stakeholders and agencies who offer programs and services to our students. Organizations may submit informational flyers to the Superintendent’s office for approval. See guidelines and directions at left.

Approved flyers will be posted to the bulletin board for publication on the main district and school websites for no more than 30 calendar days, or the date following the event. Click to reload page.
