Congratulations to the Novel Knowledge District Champions from Alamo Elementary, 'The Bananas at Large! ' The team consisted of Carlie Goodsen, Katie Edde, Daphne and Ivy Knabe. Year #11 was the second, consecutive win for team Alamo. In second place were Markham's 'Best Buffalos' which included: Emma Boyd, John James, Ayden Morgan and Rubi Martin Del Campo. Placing third , from ACE Charter, were 'The Chapter Slayers' which included:Allison Cline, Emma Askew,Brooke Morgan and Kailey Berumen. This year's competition was delivered 'live' and digitally for the first time via socrative.com. The 'Most Creatively Attired Team' , the Mystical, Sparkly, Rainbow Unicorns from Padan absolutely provided just what was needed on Friday, 13 May 2016 at Vaca Pena Middle School. Many thanks to the village of volunteers that have supported the NK for the last decade plus!
